Operation Buckle Up
Operation Bby Buckle-Up, Safety Seat Distribution Program is sponsored by the Carroll County Health Department and the Ohio Department of Health. You are eligible for a free car seat through this program if:
you are a resident of Carroll County
you are a participant of W.I.C.
you have a child age 4 and under who weighs up to forty pounds
