Buckle Up
Operation Buckle Up

Operation Bby Buckle-Up, Safety Seat Distribution Program is sponsored by the Carroll County Health Department and the Ohio Department of Health. You are eligible for a free car seat through this program if:

  • you are a resident of Carroll County

  • you are a participant of W.I.C.

  • you have a child age 4 and under who weighs up to forty pounds


  • Car seat inspections and information on car seats are also available. Feel free to contact the health department and ask for Valerie Wohlwend or Corrine Ren should you have any questions.
