Driving Directions
The Carroll County Health Department is a 301 Moody, Ave. S.W.
Moody Ave can be found at the intersection of Routes 39 and 43 in Carrollton. We are on the top floor of the medical building located past the YMCA.
From Canton-Akron area, take route 30 east to route 43 south at the intersection of route 39.
From Dover-New Philadelphia, take route 39 into Carrollton, then right onto Moody Avenue at the route 43 intersection.
