Carroll County Transit 330-627-1900
Carroll County Transit is a demand responsive, curb-to-curb, advanced reservations, shared ride transportation service that is provided for Carroll County. Carroll County Transit is open to the general public including persons with disabilities. In additon, Carroll County Transit vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
Carroll County Transit has no restrictions on the purpose of number of trips which may be taken on a time-and-space available basis. Riders are required to share the vehicle with other riders who are traveling at the same time in the same direction.
Carroll County Transit service is administered by the Carroll County Commissioners and funded in part by Carroll County, the Ohio Department of Transportation, and the Federal Transit Administration.

Rider Courtesy

Put your seat belt on as soon as you are seated.

Do not smoke on any CCT vehicle.

Be polite and courteous to others.

Do not expect excessive driver assistance.

When your trip request is confirmed, write it down for future reference.

Do not eat or drink on any CCT vehicle.

Unscheduled pickup time (e.g, return trip from grocery store, beauty shop, etc.) may require longer than 30 minute wait periods.

Ridership privileges will be permantly suspended for the folling actions:

-- Physically harming a passager, driver, service provider staff person.
-
-- Threatening passengers or staff with bodily harm on a transit vehicle or on the telephone.
-
-- Intentionally damaging a transit vehicle or transit property in any manner.
-
Ridership privileges will be suspended for a ninety (90) day period for the following actions:
-
-- Smoking on a transit vehicle more than one time.
-
-- Actively eating or drinking on a transit vehicle more than one time.
-
-- Refusing to wear a seatbelt on a transit vehicle more than one time.
-
-- Having three (3) no-shows within a thirty (30) day period.
-
-- Excessively using profanity or language which is upsetting and disruptive to other passengers of staff.

Within Carrollton Village Limits $2.50
Within Carroll County $4.50
Out-of-County** $7.50
Same day service - $1.00 additional per one way trip based on availablility.
**any trip over 40 miles one-way will be charged an additional $.25 per mile - Children under 5 ride FREE with adult
- Payments made upon pick-up - Exact change required
- Aides to the elderly/disabled needing --assistance - No Charge
Hours of Operation
7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday (except: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterns Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
